PRL works in the same aspects of a GPS by aquiring the concept of technological "deep thinking" made famous by Standford University. This means that the components work in ways similiar to the human brain and neural synapses.
BASICS
By accumulating massive amounts of data regarding each individual element, PRL uses the elements as "locations" filled with various "properties". Therefore the "roads" serve as an analogy of synapses. By creating mass amounts of "roadways", PRL can recognize the "intersections" of which different elements are interrelated.
TECHNICALS
Expert researchers in biology could benefit from PRL. Since PRL has no consequences in the "real world", there is no risk of manipulation stipulations. This means the inaccessable and harmful viruses, such as Ebola, could be manipulated using various elements and compounds to observe different reactions.
Gene Mapping
Furthermore, specific DNA sequences could be entered into PRL. DNA sequences could applied to various situations. For example, before recieving a transplant, by mapping an individual's DNA, the researcher would be able to determine if an individual would successfully accept the transplant.
